Electrical Project Manager

Manage electrical construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals are achieved. Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting new business development opportunities. Review contracts, approve project awards, and oversee project budgets and financial performance. Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and subcontractor coordination. Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and closeout activities using Procore. Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution. Monitor job costs, material procurement, and project progress, addressing issues proactively. Ensure permits, inspections, and project documentation are completed accurately and on time. Provide leadership, coaching, and support to field personnel and project teams. Prepare regular project status reports, forecasts, and updates for company leadership. Qualifications 2+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in electrical construction. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
