Job Summary Project Managers with Faith Technologies have the unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing and constantly changing company. They are responsible for generating business, providing general management of electrical and/or specialty systems construction projects, and overseeing staff. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD is preferred. Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 5 years in the electrical field and 1 year of electrical estimating experience. Travel: 15–20% Work Schedule: Typical hours between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday; may require work outside these hours to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical/automation/MES construction projects, ensuring projects are completed safely, profitably, timely, and to high quality. Identifies and generates new business; networks and maintains customer relationships. Promotes a positive company culture by fostering constructive employee relations. Works with Purchasing Department and vendors to ensure effective material coordination. Attends daily, weekly, and monthly meetings (ORMs, staffing, jobsite, project manager, financial, etc.). Participates in bi-annual field performance reviews; conducts employee performance reviews timely, coaches employees for growth, and establishes merit wage increases. Partners with Human Resources to optimize recruiting, selection, employee relations, and related topics for direct reports. Reviews outgoing estimates with the Estimating Department to ensure accuracy. Visits jobsites to interact with crew, customers, foreman, and general contractors to ensure progress and support safe behavior.
