Job Title: Electrical Project Manager – Data Center / Mission Critical

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and mission-critical electrical construction projects in New Carlisle, IN. This role requires a proven leader with strong technical expertise, financial oversight skills, and the ability to manage complex projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects for large data center and mission-critical facilities
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Lead project teams including engineers, coordinators, and field supervision
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, designers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Review and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Track project progress and proactively mitigate risks and schedule impacts
• Support commissioning, energization, and turnover of critical electrical systems
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction
• Significant experience managing large data center and mission-critical projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including power distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, and critical infrastructure
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar electrical scopes
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work on site in New Carlisle, IN

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience with fast-track and highly coordinated project environments
• Background working with major data center clients or hyperscale facilities
