We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in electrical construction to join our rapidly growing team. About Us At the core of this company is its electrical contracting capabilities, specializing in commercial, healthcare, hospitality, public works, and high-rise residential segments. We handle simple plan-and-spec projects to those requiring in-house design/build expertise. Our project managers, estimators, engineers, and on-site project foremen work to ensure every project is designed, planned, and executed efficiently and expertly. Benefits Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year (total compensation $120k-$150k/yr) 401(k) match Flexible work schedule Positive work environment Opportunities for substantial growth and advancement Yearly bonuses based on company performance Responsibilities Ensure all electrical construction projects are implemented in accordance with design and respond timely to questions related to field conditions. Develop and review electrical engineering technical specifications and bid documents for engineered equipment, materials engineering, and construction service contracts. Lead and oversee day-to-day design (where applicable) and construction management of significant elements of IBMS and electrical interface works, including procurement, installation, and commissioning. Oversee scheduling and coordination of internal and external resources for project completion. Oversee job start and project closeout materials. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in electrical contracting or construction. Project experience in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, automotive, hospital, or data center environments. Electrical engineering degree preferred or relevant electrical construction experience. Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and/or Accudbid.
