What You'll Do: As the cornerstone of the project team, you'll be responsible for: * Project Planning - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create timelines and build detailed project plans. * Resource Allocation - Strategically manage both personnel and materials to maximize efficiency. * Scheduling - Keep projects on track and moving forward. * Budget Oversight - Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met. * Quality Control - Guarantee high-quality results every step of the way. * Stakeholder Coordination - Keep everyone informed and aligned through clear and consistent communication. * Risk Management - Proactively identify challenges and develop smart solutions before issues arise. * Team Leadership - Inspire and lead your team toward shared success. * Problem Solving - Tackle obstacles with confidence and creative thinking. * Documentation - Maintain accurate, organized records throughout the project lifecycle. What You Bring to the Table: * Clear and confident communication skills , both written and verbal * Strong leadership with a team-first mindset * Exceptional organization and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines * A proactive problem-solving attitude * Technical knowledge relevant to your field or industry * Per Diem Available ! Preferred Qualifications: * Valid Driver's License * Procore Experience * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Bilingual a PLUS!
