Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage a team of skilled electricians, ensuring quality and safety on every job.

-Oversee service operations, including scheduling, project management, and customer communication.

-Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot complex electrical issues.

-Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.

-Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience in the electrical industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

-Proven experience in managing service operations and teams.

-Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.

-Excellent communication and leadership skills.

-Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
