Electrical/Quality Test Technician position in Arden Hills, MN. This role offers a 6-month Contract and involves working onsite with a dedicated team that performs detailed device analysis on returned medical devices.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing 2 to 5 devices daily, including CRM devices like active implantable defibrillators, pacemakers, and Insertable Cardiac Monitors (ICMs).
  • Performing memory reviews and bench-level testing.
  • Accurately documenting all findings in the complaint management system (GCS).
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards throughout the testing process.
  • Managing high-volume cases and complex device failure investigations, often with extended timelines for resolution.

We're looking for candidates with:

  • An Associate's degree and 2-3 years of industry experience.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment such as DC power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when it comes to failure investigations and product analysis.
