Coordinate with supervisors and clients to deliver projects on schedule and within scope. Mentor junior team members through professional apprenticeship and training programs. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in electrical construction. High School Diploma or equivalent educational background. Proven ability to read and interpret detailed electrical plans and technical manuals. Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation. Demonstrated proficiency with electrical testing instruments and specialized hand tools. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Advanced knowledge of industrial control systems and specialized commercial equipment. Previous experience in a mentorship or field‑training capacity for junior staff. Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and team coordination. OSHA 30 would be a plus.
