Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment while adhering to safety and code standards. This role also supports general facility maintenance as needed.

Responsibilities

Install and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using hand or power tools.
Troubleshoot and fix electrical issues with production equipment.
Inspect systems to identify hazards, defects, or repairs needed, ensuring code compliance.
Plan and install electrical wiring, circuits, and fixtures based on job specifications.
Install conduits, pipes, circuit breakers, and other hardware.
Test electrical systems for proper operation and safety.
Replace damaged wiring, conduits, and circuit breakers as needed.
Assist with facility maintenance beyond electrical tasks.
Use tools correctly and understand lockout tagout procedures for safety.
Adhere to Hazmat policies and procedures.
Operate pallet jacks and forklifts when certified.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma GED and a 2 Year Technical Degree required.
5 to 7 years of electrical maintenance experience.
Electrical Journeyman License EE98, or equivalent military experience, is required. Forklift and pallet jack certifications are preferred.
Knowledge of tools, equipment disassembly assembly, and safety procedures.

Physical Requirements

Must frequently stand, walk, lift up to 100 lbs, kneel, and crouch.
Ability to work in environments with extreme cold or heat.

Working Environment
This is a handson role in challenging environments requiring adaptability and physical endurance.
