JOB DESCRIPTION:

Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and installers to wire and pressure rise High Voltage GIS equipment.
Interpreting and analyzing technical drawings to understand installation process and procedure.
Keeping a safe and clean installation environment following the client installation guidelines to ensure high quality standards.
Precise wiring and pressure rising of High Voltage GIS equipment which requires strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Emphasizing teamwork, following instructions and completing tasks as assigned by a supervisor or team leader.
3- 5 years experience

How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities):

Electrical Supervisor which plays a pivotal role in the wiring and pressure rising of High Voltage GIS equipment
Management of union contractor’s resources, motivating, directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job
Active following the lead of wiring/installation processes, procedures, timelines and given schedules
Judgment and Decision of wiring/installation processes, considering relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
