Role: Electrician

Location: Flower Mound, TX

Duration:12 Months

Hours: 7a-3:30p / M-F

Job Description:

This is a full-time salaried position that reports directly to the Regional Facilities Account Manager.

A company van will be provided along with basic tools and a uniform.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all required electrical needs across assigned buildings in the DFW market.
• Ability to utilize a computerized maintenance management system that can produce and track work orders, preventative maintenance and track facility assets.
• Bend and run conduit.
• Pull wire.
• Terminate panels, fixtures, plugs, and switches.
• Install lighting fixtures
• Assist with other maintenance related duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years as Commercial/Residential electrician
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Trade school degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license Hiring will be subject to Driver Requirements.
• Background check

• EPA certificate
• OSHA 10 or 30 certificate

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

• Ability to carry and lift 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders
