Role: Electrician
Location: Flower Mound, TX (DFW Area)
Duration: 12 Months

Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Position Overview:

This is a full-time salaried Electrician position reporting directly to the Regional Facilities Account Manager. The role is based out of Flower Mound, TX, with required travel to surrounding areas including Justin, Haslet, Northlake, and Lewisville. A company van, basic tools, and uniforms will be provided.

A resume submission and interview are required. Candidates must pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), as driving a company vehicle is required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs across assigned commercial facilities in the DFW market

• Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to create, track, and close work orders, preventative maintenance, and facility assets

• Bend and install conduit

• Pull and terminate wire

• Install and terminate panels, fixtures, outlets, and switches

• Install and maintain lighting fixtures

• Accurately document completed work using a computer-based ticketing system

• Assist with additional maintenance-related tasks as assigned

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical prints

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to order, organize, and maintain tools and materials

• Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs

Required Experience & Certifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a commercial and/or residential electrician

• High school diploma or equivalent (trade school degree preferred)

• Valid driver's license (subject to company driver requirements)

• EPA Certification

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification

• Successful completion of background check and MVR

• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
