Our solutions are engineered in response to the rise of data breaches, providing automated crushing systems that are essential for large organizations.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Electro Mechanical Engineer located in Miramar, FL. The Electro Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electro-mechanical systems and components. Daily tasks include analyzing electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshooting issues, working with electrical circuits, and collaborating with the engineering team to innovate and improve products.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldProficiency in Solidworks CAD software and mechanical design of complex electromechanical systems.Hands-on experience integrating hardware and software, including basic proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar platforms).Strong knowledge of embedded systems and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python, as well as experience with Linux and JSON.Experience programming microcontrollers.Experience in the technology or data security industry is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Responsibilities/DutiesDesign and implement integrated systems encompassing mechatronics, software, and mechanical components, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.Develop and maintain 3D models and accurate, detailed 2D drawings of mechanical parts and assemblies using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks PDM, adhering to Phiston Technologies Design standards.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electro-mechanical systems to minimize downtime and maintain system performance.Collaborate with software professionals and other engineers to develop and implement strategic solutions that enhance product functionality and reliability.Ensure that all designs and systems comply with industry standards and regulations, particularly in the areas of mechatronics and embedded systems.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system designs, procedures, and maintenance protocols.Provide technical support and training to users and team members as required.
