Position Title: Electronic Bingo Specialist (Full-Time Position)


POSITION SUMMARY: Provides attendant services and performs various duties assigned and associated with the provision and use of electronic bingo units for charitable gaming purposes. Assists less experienced attendants with technical and/or customer issues, escalates when necessary to Ebingo Supervisor or Regional Sales Manager. Promotes positive and ethical behavior, integrity, honesty, and loyalty to the company.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Transport electronic bingo units to/from charitable gaming sessions as needed or directed

  • Ability to travel as needed or directed
  • Maintains cleanliness and sufficient fuel levels of LBC vehicles when used

Trains and supports the bingo player

  • Trains and supports bingo players on the proper use of LBC electronic bingo units prior to and during bingo sessions (If permitted by state rules and regulations)

Keeps and maintains inventory for specific location(s)

  • Acts as directed by supervisor to ensure route has correct amount of working handsets
  • Responsible for scanning new units and old units out
  • Responsible for all RMA’s pertaining to specified route
  • Inform Supervisor if need for unit changes, either more or less

Responsible for all electronic bingo billing for specified route

  • Bills nightly/weekly/monthly as directed by supervisor
  • Adjusts customer information as needed pertaining to play dates, addresses, etc.

Provides service for all customers for a specified route

  • Makes appropriate game changes per customer/supervisor request
  • Provides training and support to charities for add on sales/equipment
  • Works with customer on Supervisor’s behalf for any/all service issues

Additional Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assists as assigned or directed in the programming of electronic bingo units
  • Distributes and collects electronic bingo units in the bingo hall
  • Works electronic bingo sessions as assigned or directed
  • Writes accurate invoices, receipts, and maintains accurate records regarding electronic bingo units
  • Collects pre-determined fee per unit from the game operator and provides payment to LBC by means established by his/her E-Bingo Supervisor


  • Provides E-Bingo Supervisor/Regional Sales Manager at the conclusion of each session with the following information:

a) Name of charity playing

b) Invoice number

c) Type(s) and number of units used

d) Cost per unit and invoice total

e) Check/Money Order number and payment amount

  • Adheres to all electronic bingo Standard Operating Procedures
  • Cleans, stores and recharges electronic bingo units
  • Participates in all E-Bingo training sessions and meetings
  • Projects a professional image and positive attitude when conducting/representing business on behalf of Lancaster Bingo Company
  • Must always perform electronic bingo job related duties within full compliance of state rules and regulations

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Ability to use, troubleshoot, understand and tech/train the use of electronic bingo units
  • Self-starter/self-motived; works well independently
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task
  • Must be dependable and reliable

PHYSICAL/OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must possess a valid drivers’ license and have a good driving record
  • Must be able to frequently lift and carry 40 – 45lbs.
  • Must be able to perform daily physical activities, which include stooping, lifting, bending, standing, reaching, kneeling
  • Must wear LBC shirt when conducting/representing business on behalf of Lancaster Bingo Company (one LBC shirt will be provided at the company’s expense)
