Position: Electronic Monitoring Technician (Midnight and weekend Shifts)

Schedule: 8-Hour Shift Facility is open 24/7

Location: Female Work Release Facility

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Electronic Monitoring Technician to join our team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining public safety and supporting accountability for inmates in a female work release environment.

This position involves access to sensitive information and interaction with justice-involved individuals and therefore requires compliance with statutory level II background screening requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain electronic ankle monitors for inmates.
• Monitor and review GPS/location data for all individuals on electronic monitoring.
• Investigate alarm notifications and document findings in accordance with protocol.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure functionality of monitoring equipment.
• Communicate professionally with staff and follow established procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience using web-based computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow security procedures.
• Excellent written documentation and time management skills.
• Prior experience in a correctional, law enforcement, or security setting is a plus, but not required.

Shift Details:

• 8-hour shift; may include weekends and holidays.
