Job Description:

We are seeking a candidate to help drive mission integration to enable warfighter capabilities for resilient decision advantage. Candidate will support C3BM decision-making with operational analysis and help lead stakeholder communities for DAF integrated capability delivery.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Frameworks and Strategies: Create and implement Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) requirements for the Department of the Air Force.
  • Policy Development: Offer operational expertise to develop and oversee policy initiatives.
  • Integration: Incorporate EMSO Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures into various exercises, tests, and experiments.
  • Requirements Definition: Identify and define current and future EMSO requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather inputs from internal and external stakeholders, develop solutions, and document all organizational processes.
  • Presentations: Prepare and deliver briefings and presentations.
  • Travel: Be prepared for occasional travel as required.



What We Require:

  • Security Clearance: Must possess a minimum TOP SECRET clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
  • Experience: Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following:
    • Electronic Attack (EA)
    • Electronic Protection (EP)
    • Electronic Support (ES)
    • Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO)
    • Cyber-Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA)
    • Radar, RF sensing, or communications systems
    • Threat EW systems and countermeasures



What We Desire:

  • Process Coordination:Demonstrated ability to create and coordinate processes efficiently across multiple teams.
  • Presentation Skills:Skilled in preparing and delivering compelling and informative briefings.
  • Tactics Training: Previous role as an instructor, evaluator, mission commander, or weapons officer.
  • Experience: Operational and/or tactical experience in EW units along with supporting test & evaluation, or rapid capability development.
