Job Details:

Summary:

  • This role involves testing, troubleshooting, and assembling electronic units in a production environment.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solid-state, digital, and RF circuits, as well as proficiency in using diagnostic tools and analyzing test results to ensure product performance and quality.

  • Set up test apparatus and perform tests on electronic assemblies using established methods and procedures.

  • Assemble units based on designs and specifications for production equipment.

  • Adjust and calibrate systems; troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions at the component level using schematic diagrams.

  • Analyze test results, evaluate product performance, and suggest equipment modifications or improvements.

  • Assist engineers in developing test procedures and recommend manufacturing enhancements.

  • Operate measurement devices such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, RF power meters, and signal generators.

  • Document maintenance actions accurately using Microsoft Suite and related data collection tools.

  • Work in a fast-paced production environment to meet customer schedules.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of direct experience in component-level troubleshooting of solid-state, digital, and RF circuits.

  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and measurement devices.

  • Experience with flying probe and high-power testing.

  • Strong knowledge of solid-state devices and micro-circuitry.

  • High school diploma or equivalent with additional technical training or an Associate degree.

Desired Skills:

  • Extensive RF testing experience.

  • Familiarity with radar systems.

  • Technical Skills: Radio Frequency (RF) - 1 to 2 years of experience (preferred).
