EDUCATIONAL/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Current Missouri Certification in Elementary Education B-3 or 1-6. Knowledge of Professional Learning Communities (PLC's) and/or desire to learn Response to Intervention. Knowledge of and/or desire to learn research-based instructional strategies and integrate technology into the classroom. Knowledge of and/or desire to learn Missouri Learning Standards and formal and informal assessment strategies. Willingness to collaborate with peers. Must successfully pass a background check and drug test that are satisfactory to the Board of Education. Willingness to understand and support District's Comprehensive School Improvement Plan.
