Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time itinerant Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available to support students across K-12 self-contained programs in Neptune Beach, FL. This contract role involves providing expert guidance and support to educators in elementary, middle, and high school settings within the district.

In this role, the BCBA will not deliver direct student services but will play a crucial part in enhancing classroom environments and instructional strategies. Responsibilities include collaborating with teachers through classroom observations, offering data collection support, modeling intervention techniques, and developing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). The focus is on enabling staff to effectively implement behavior support plans that foster student success.

Key qualifications and experience:

  • Active BCBA licensure in good standing
  • Experience working with K-12 students in school environments
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and methodologies
  • Proven ability to collaborate with educators and school teams
  • Skill in conducting observations, data analysis, and writing FBAs

Location: Neptune Beach, Florida servicing multiple schools within the district on an itinerant basis.
