Client is seeking an experienced Elevator Service Technician to join our team in the Lower Delaware Beaches Territory. This role involves maintaining, servicing, and repairing elevator systems while ensuring safety and operational excellence.

• Elevator Maintenance and Repair:
  • Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments on elevator systems as required.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance for an assigned elevator route.
• Timely Response:
  • Respond to work order requests promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Safety Compliance:
  • Follow all company and industry safety protocols and policies.

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of independent experience as an Elevator Mechanic/Technician.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and proven troubleshooting skills.
• Certification:
  • Valid elevator mechanic credentials.
  • A state elevator license may be considered with additional years of relevant experience.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job as determined by a fit-for-duty assessment.
