We’re looking for a Mid-Level Embedded Software Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team working on highly reliable industrial products — from concept through production.You’ll be embedded in an onsite engineering environment (literally and figuratively!) where your work makes a real impact on products shipped worldwide — not just simulations on a screen. What You’ll Be Doing• Writing and maintaining embedded C firmware on STM32 microcontrollers• Collaborating closely with electronics and mechanical engineers on new product development• Supporting hardware bring-up, integration and troubleshooting• Playing a key role in getting products through EMC testing and compliance• Improving existing embedded platforms with clean, maintainable code• Taking real ownership — your ideas are welcomed and implemented What We’re Looking For• Proven experience in embedded C software development (STM32 experience preferred)• Exposure to hardware development workflows and collaborative debugging• Understanding of EMC requirements and support through testing cycles• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to debug both SW and HW issues• A motivated, communicative engineer who thrives in a hands-on environment Why This Role Stands Out• Work on real industrial products across global applications — not throw-away prototypes• A fully onsite, collaborative engineering team• Competitive salary package: £50k–£60k (DOE)• Technical challenges with real ownership and visibility• A supportive environment driven by engineering excellence Interested?
