Our team of engineers, pharmacists, and scientists helps renowned clients successfully execute complex projects — from plant commissioning and process optimization to quality management initiativesKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain system models using SysML to support requirements, architecture, and design activities.Apply MBSE methodologies to ensure traceability from requirements through design, implementation, integration, and verification.Perform system integration activities for embedded hardware and software components.Define and manage system architecture using tools such as Enterprise Architect.Support the full development lifecycle according to the V-Model,Ensure consistency and traceability between requirements, architecture, and test artifacts.Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Embedded Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Systems EngineeringProven experience in embedded systems development and integration.Strong knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles.Practical experience with SysML modeling.Hands-on experience using Enterprise Architect or similar modeling tools.Solid understanding of the V-Model development process.Experience with embedded software and/or hardware integration.Language skills: Fluent level of German and EnglishBenefits:Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.Experience in systems engineering and/or requirements engineering within the aerospace, space, defense, or other safety-critical industries.Solid understanding of systems engineering lifecycle and V-model practices.Hands-on experience with requirements and modeling tools (e.g. DOORS, Jama, Polarion, SysML).Familiarity with aerospace standards and guidelines such as ARP4754A, ARP4761, DO-178, DO-254, ECSS is a strong advantage.Strong analytical mindset, structured working style, and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills in German and English.
