Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Embedded Software Development Engineer with hands-on experience in C and C++ programming, firmware integration, and source control using Git/GitHub. The ideal candidate will work in an R&D environment, collaborating closely with hardware, validation, and system teams to design, develop, and integrate embedded software for next-generation electronic products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain embedded software in C/C++ for microcontrollers and SoC-based systems.

  • Perform firmware integration, debugging, and optimization of system-level functionality.

  • Collaborate with hardware teams to understand PCBA schematics, interfaces, and hardware dependencies.

  • Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and manage version control using Git/GitHub.

  • Participate in software iteration cycles, supporting feature enhancements, defect resolution, and release activities.

  • Work cross-functionally with R&D, validation, and hardware engineers to ensure smooth software-hardware integration.

  • Document development processes, release notes, and maintain code quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field.

  • 3 6 years of experience in embedded software or firmware development.

  • Strong proficiency in C and C++ programming for embedded environments.

  • Experience with Git/GitHub for source control and collaboration.

  • Solid understanding of microcontrollers, PCBA design, and communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, etc.)

  • Ability to read and interpret hardware schematics and data sheets.

  • Familiarity with embedded build systems, debuggers (JTAG, Lauterbach, etc.), and firmware flashing tools.

  • Experience in R&D or product development environments preferred.
