DEPARTMENT SNAPSHOT

• Annual volume: ~26,000 visits/year
• Coverage model:
• 3 APP mid-shifts providing overlap and support
• Community-based ED with diverse case mix
• Team-oriented, fast-paced environment

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Manage acutely ill and injured ED patients
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and APPs
• Document care accurately in Meditech EMR
• Follow departmental protocols to ensure patient safety and quality

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of Emergency Medicine experience
• Active New York PA or NP license
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a busy ED
