Shift: Days, Full-Time; additional coverage as needed
Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 annually, based on experience

The Emergency Department Director will oversee daily operations within the Emergency Department at Great Falls Clinic. This role requires a hands-on leader who is prepared to manage the department effectively, ensuring seamless coverage across day and night shifts, weekends, and during staffing shortages. The Director may be called upon to provide direct support in the ED as needed.

• Provide oversight for approximately 19 full-time employees (FTEs)
• Report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
• Ensure department compliance with policies, procedures, and standards
• Maintain efficient patient flow to meet the department's monthly case volume of 30-35 daily visits
• Actively participate in recruitment, retention, and training of staff
• Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure a safe, patient-centered environment

• Previous Emergency Department (ED) experience
• Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting
