Join a team that values compassion, professional development, employee wellness, and making a real impact.Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Emergency Response Clinician to join our first responder team. In this vital role, you will work alongside EMS to help reduce opioid-related overdoses, deliver immediate crisis interventions, and facilitate transitions to recovery programs or care facilities. You will also provide ongoing community-based and in-home support, collaborating closely with a peer advocate.This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity — not per diem or contract — offering meaningful fieldwork without on-call demands.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to emergency and community crisis calls alongside EMS.Deliver immediate clinical interventions, crisis de-escalation, and support.Facilitate smooth transitions to inpatient facilities, treatment programs, or other care services.Partner with a peer advocate to provide continued community-based and in-home support.Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with program standards.Advocate for multi-pathways to recovery during all client interactions.Complete required advocacy training within six months of hire.QualificationsActive licensure as a Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts (LPHA), including:LMSW or LCSWLMHCLMFTLicensed Creative Arts TherapistLicensed Occupational TherapistRegistered Nurse (RN)Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in the field.Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and access to reliable personal transportation.Comfortable managing crisis situations in diverse community settings.Working knowledge of substance use disorder recovery processes and principles.Personal or lived experience with recovery (self, family, or close relation) and willingness to engage in appropriate self-disclosure.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.Excellent data entry, written communication, and verbal presentation skills.Additional certifications or specialized training in mental health or substance use recovery are a plus.Why Join Us?Supportive, employee-centered cultureMission-driven work making a tangible differenceOpportunities for ongoing training and professional growthMeaningful collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
