Overview We are seeking a results-driven Emergency Room Manager to lead daily operations within a high-volume acute care Emergency Department. This role is responsible for clinical leadership, staff development, throughput performance, and regulatory compliance while maintaining a strong, visible presence on the unit. This position is ideal for an Emergency Department leader who is hands-on, confident navigating complex team dynamics, and motivated to advance into a future Director-level role.
