Overview Job Title: RN ER Location: Socorro, New Mexico, 87801 Shift: 12X3 - hours Base pay range: $63.00/hr - $65.71/hr Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation). Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable care . Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning. Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed and per protocols. Document nursing care accurately in accordance with policy. Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and non-licensed assistive personnel. Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and changes in patient condition. Complete all unit-specific competencies and protocol education. Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and quality standards.
