Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland or compact state.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience in an acute care setting.
  • Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication, and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing workloads and patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
