Responsibilities Manage an assigned book of business while building long-term client relationships Respond to day-to-day client inquiries, providing analytics and ensuring high-quality service delivery Interface with vendors and key internal and external stakeholders Develop client deliverables and maintain RSC quality and service standards Support Team Leader and/or Account Executive(s), as assigned Drive revenue growth and client expansion within portfolio Prepare and coordinate compliance documents Facilitate client meetings and prepare agendas and materials Requirements BA/BS preferred Florida 2‑15 Health and Welfare License required 2‑5+ years of health & welfare experience with demonstrated core competencies Client-facing experience in the employee benefits industry preferred Knowledge of benefits administration, Health Care Reform, industry trends, carrier products, and services Ability to work independently and learn to anticipate client and team needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
