Assistant Account Executive – Employee BenefitsLocation: Blue Bell, PA (Hybrid)Full-time Salaried PositionSalary: $60K–$80K with Competitive Benefits packageAbout the RoleWe are seeking an Assistant Account Executive to support the Employee Benefits team with daily client service needs including claims assistance, eligibility inquiries, and general service requests. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with employee benefits or insurance experience who is looking to grow within a high‑performing team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update client files, including scanning, documentation, and data entry into internal benefits systems.Assist with marketing activities, proposal preparation, and presentation materials.Revise, edit, and bind presentations as needed for client meetings.Support Account Executives with service-related issues and administrative tasks.Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.Required QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in an Employee Benefits or insurance environment.Strong organizational skills with superb attention to detail.Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Experience with benefits platforms (e.g., BenefitPoint, HR Connections, MyWave) is a plus.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience working with Insurance carriers is highly beneficial.Preferred BackgroundHealth insurance or broader insurance industry experience.Exposure to underwriting or marketing processes is a plus.Property & Casualty or Life & Health License preferred (or ability to obtain within the first few months).
