Job Description
Johnson Service Group (JSG) is looking for an experienced Employee Service Representative. The Employee Service Representative will be responsible for onboarding and processing payroll for our contractors!
Employee Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Process payroll
- Collect timesheets and enter hours into GP sheets
- Run missing timesheet report and email employees to submit their time
- Make photocopies, faxes documentation, prepare correspondence, and perform other clerical functions.
- Provide customer service by answering employee requests and questions.
- Assist with processing and documenting personnel changes and terminations.
- Maintain and prepare employee files.
- Maintain our Bullhorn system.
- Complete onboarding process and new hire orientation.
- Submit online requests and assists with background checks/drug screenings for new hires.
- Responsible for verifying Form I?9 compliance, E?Verify, and Form I9 binder maintenance.
- Send email to managers to approve pending timesheets/expense reports
- Review expense reports for accuracy and make sure all receipts are attached
- Process Change Forms for pay rate, bill rate, AVM, mark up changes
- Update clients every week and send to client – typically these are Excel reports
Employee Service Representative Qualifications:
- Must have computer skills and the ability to learn.
- Experience with DocuSign would be a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Detail oriented, sense of urgency, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal/written skills and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Must have the ability to manage processes and analyze information
- Strong Time management skills
- Experience working to deadlines
