Job Title: Employee Training Coordinator

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Employee Training Coordinator to design, implement, and oversee training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. This role is crucial for ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to excel in their roles and support organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to various employee levels and departmental needs.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Create and curate training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online content.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtual.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and employee progress.
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers and vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, HR Specialist, or in a similar role focused on employee development.
  • Strong understanding of training and development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.
  • Ability to evaluate and measure training effectiveness and apply insights for continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; certification in training or learning and development preferred.
