A rapidly growing, well-established plaintiff-side employment law firm is seeking Associate, Senior Associate, and Junior Partner-level attorneys to join its expanding team.


This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who want to handle impactful employment cases, work closely with experienced trial attorneys, and grow into leadership roles within a collaborative and high-performing environment.


Candidates with defense-side employment experience who are interested in transitioning to the plaintiff side are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of plaintiff-side employment law experience
  • Strong knowledge of California employment law
  • Proven litigation and case management experience
  • Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Leadership experience or interest in team development (for senior roles)


Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $350,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
