Key Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff-side employment litigation matters from start to finish
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
• Conduct discovery, depositions, and court appearances
• Participate in settlement negotiations and trial preparation
• (Senior/Junior Partner level) Supervise and mentor junior attorneys

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plaintiff-side employment law experience
• Strong knowledge of California employment law
• Proven litigation and case management experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Leadership experience or interest in team development (for senior roles)

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $350,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
