Your Role:

As an Employment Specialist, you will:

- Develop Employment Plans: Collaborate with service recipients to identify strengths, preferences, barriers, and goals related to employment.

- Provide Customized Training: Equip individuals with the skills necessary to obtain and maintain competitive employment.

- Foster Relationships: Network and build effective relationships with service recipients, community partners, and funding source personnel.

Requirements

Basic Requirements for this position include:

• Minimum 20 years of age.
• Must have a Valid NJ Driver’s License with no more than five points
• A minimum of two years' experience in related field with one year working as a job coach required
• At least one year of longevity with a previous employer
• Must work well independently and as part of a team
• Bachelors Degree in Human services or related field
