Position Overview
As an Employment Specialist with Express Employment Professionals in Casper, you will play a key role in connecting great people with great companies. Your primary focus will be recruiting top talent, filling job orders efficiently, and supporting inside sales efforts. Using your judgment and knowledge of Express processes, you'll recruit, interview, and place associates across a variety of fields including Office Services, Light Industrial, Skilled Trades, and Professional roles.
You'll maintain a strong, reliable pool of associates by actively sourcing candidates and accurately documenting all activities within our automated system. Success in this role requires strong consultative sales skills, persistence in outreach efforts, and excellent communication-both over the phone and in person.
