Hours: Full Time 37-40 Hours per week. Earliest shift: 8am Latest Shift 8pm *Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, holidays , and sometimes evenings. The Employment Specialist will perform personnel and support duties for the Director of Human Resources & Human Resources Operations. This position requires a high level of confidentiality and quality work. Assists in performing interviews and hiring applicants for level 1 – 5 positions. Performs clerical and personnel duties. All HR duties include Bavarian Inn Lodge, River Place, Cass River, and affiliated GiftShop locations. Basic Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Pursuit or completion of degree in Human Resources field and/or experience in Human Resources related position. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Neat Appearance and friendly disposition. Proficient with Windows based office software including the use of Excel. Continues to further education by seminars, books, and classes. Must be willing and able to assist with Banquet clearing for Mother's Day, Easter, and Thanksgiving. Ability to receive all required certifications for position.
