EMT or Paramedic (Full-Time)

Location Medcor is looking to hire a full‑time EMT or Paramedic to be an Onsite Health Technician at our construction site clinic in Goodyear, Arizona . Hours are 4:00am – 2:00pm Monday‑Friday with some Saturdays required. Hours and days are subject to change at the client’s need. Responsibilities Collaborative work with the medical and operational leadership at Medcor, local medical providers, client staff, and key contacts within the client’s corporate structure. Patient care, ongoing workers’ compensation case management, Return to Work (RTW) program facilitation, and treatment plan monitoring. Work closely with outside medical providers. Typical Day Participate in daily operations at Medcor’s on‑site clinic. Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s client and employees. Assessment and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor’s Evidence Based Medicine protocols (MCPs). Build and maintain internal team relationships. Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts. Pre‑employment and post‑offer screenings. Documentation of care using state‑of‑the‑art EMR and other tools. Physical Assessment Testing (PATs). Case Management. Medical charting. OSHA record‑keeping. Requirements LOVE what you do. Valid licensure for the position in which you are applying. Current CPR/BLS. Strong enough to lift a 50lb emergency response bag. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive and outgoing personality. Willingness to go above and beyond. Passion for people and giving them the best care possible. Ability to have fun. Comfortable working in a construction environment, including ability to climb stairs and work at heights. Preferred Good with computers and familiarity with EMR software. Experience in emergency medicine or critical care.
