You ensure that employees worldwide can securely and efficiently access and collaborate on applications, data, and systems.This is a key role within the organization, supporting both daily operations and strategic initiatives such as reorganizations and the integration of newly acquired companies and their IT environments.Your responsibilitiesDesign, build, operate, and continuously improve Microsoft 365 collaboration services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).Act as the go-to expert and advisor for both business and IT stakeholders.Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions.Support international rollouts, migrations, and change initiatives.Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and clear communication.Proactively optimize performance, security, and cost efficiency.Manage and support an environment of approximately 3,000 users, fully based on Microsoft technologies.Your profileMinimum 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with strong expertise in Microsoft 365.Hands-on experience with:Microsoft TeamsSharePointOneDriveExchangePowerShellM365 integrationsStrong analytical skills with a consultative mindset.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in international environments is a plus.Languages:Fluent in Dutch and EnglishFrench and/or German are a plusWhat you can expectA key position with high impact on both operational and strategic IT initiatives.Involvement in major projects such as company integrations and transformations.A modern, Microsoft-focused IT environment.Collaboration with international teams.If you are interested, please apply with your latest profil
