Travel Requirements:
Will need to travel between the headquarters at 4 Irving Place, Manhattan and the allocated Queens site once or twice a week. T&E for hopping between the sites will be reimbursed.
The resource should have his own car and a valid driving license. There are times when they need to go to headquarters and get some devices back to their assigned sites.
Job summary:
We are seeking a dedicated End User Services Analyst with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Desktop Support - Remote and Field Services. This role involves providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
Responsibilities:
Perform customer support tasks
Perform all on-site activities related to installation, repair, management and maintenance.
Track and document the progression of the work.
Perform troubleshooting
Identify all issues
Suggest and implement solution
Operate vehicle in a safe manner
Check and update field automation systems and databases
Adhere to company's given rules and regulations.
Team up with colleagues and other team members
Build relationships and trust with customers and clients
