Job Title :End-User Support Analyst (L1/L2 Help Desk, Office 365, ServiceNow, Hardware Imaging)
Location: Delmar, NY Onsite
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 help desk support to end users via phone, email, and in-person assistance.
- Hands-on experience setting up and configuring end-user workstations, including telephones, monitors, keyboards, mice, and laptop docking stations.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HP and Xerox multi-function printers and devices.
- Experience supporting and assisting users with WebEx conferencing tools, including meeting setup and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) workflows, including ticket monitoring, task assignment, search, and reporting functions; familiarity with NYS ITSM preferred.
- Experience performing laptop imaging, configuration, and deployment.
