Location: Baton Rouge, LA (Onsite with Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Details:
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

  • Assist the State in supportability of Intelligrants by OCD DRU staff during their use of Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management based on complexity of State use
  • Work with Application Program Manager to ensure end user success for Intelligrants
  • Work directly with OCD DRU end users for daily use of Intelligrants as requested

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

  • Experience in Intelligrants grant management software functionality
  • Good customer service in operational use of Intelligrants.

Note: Need 3 professional references along with DL/ID copies.
