ICF is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to support clients and projects on the Beneficial Electrification team in our Commercial Energy Division. Beneficial Electrification programs promote the displacement of fossil-fueled equipment with electric-powered equipment for clients and their customers. Examples of these programs include: Non-Road Electrification Rebate programs, Fleet Electrification Advisory Services, Building Electrification Services, and Electric Vehicle (EV) and Electric Vehicle Support Equipment (EVSE) Incentive programs. By supporting these programs, you will help customers save money and reduce emissions while also growing utility electricity sales.

You will provide a variety of support including data analysis, fleet electrification assessments, program development and implementation, and reporting for Beneficial Electrification/EV programs.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support operations for Beneficial Electrification, non-road and EV programs, including assisting with application review/processing and generating internal/client reports
  • Collaborate with program team members and cross functional teams to support program success
  • Analyze market trends, partners, and technologies to improve program delivery
  • Conduct and deliver fleet assessments to evaluate the financial and environmental benefits of on-road and non-road electrification

What We Need You To Have (minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelors degrees in Business, Sustainability, Environment, Communications, Policy or related fields with 1+ year(s) of professional experiencewithin Electrification, Transportation, Energy Efficiency, data analysis, consulting, policy or related experience

OR

  • 5+ years of professional experiencewithin Electrification, Transportation, Energy Efficiency, data analysis, consulting, policy or related experience

Professional Skills You Will Use

  • Detail-oriented data management and analysis skills
  • Excellent written communications and research skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, remotely, and on projects with dynamic timelines
  • Process-thinking about systems and efficient methodologies
  • Experience in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong outreach and communications abilities
  • Related trade experience and the initiative to embrace continuous learning toward becoming an expert in the program technologies and offerings

The pay range for this position is:

$43,379.00 - $73,744.00
