Base Pay Range $70,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Overview We are hiring high-performance Energy Consultants to consult homeowners on solar and energy storage solutions. This is a customer-facing sales role focused on educating homeowners, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals with professionalism and urgency. This is not a retail sales job. This is a consultative, numbers-driven role for individuals who can build trust quickly, control the conversation, and close. Responsibilities Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with pre-qualified homeowners. Analyze utility bills, home energy usage, and roof layouts. Present customized solar and battery solutions clearly and confidently. Explain financing options and long-term savings. Handle objections and close contracts. Accurately document customer information and agreements. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff post-sale. Qualifications Strong communication skills and confidence on camera and in person. Experience in sales, consulting, or customer-facing roles. Ability to handle objections without getting defensive. High self-accountability and strong follow-through. Comfort working in a performance-driven environment. Ability to learn technical concepts and explain them simply.
