Job Title: Engagement Services Director

Job Summary: The Engagement Services Director will oversee and drive our organization's engagement strategies and services. This leadership role involves strategic planning, stakeholder relationship management, and the execution of programs designed to enhance community involvement and organizational reach. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in engagement or related fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the execution of comprehensive engagement strategies.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, partners, and internal teams.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of engagement activities.
  • Lead and mentor the engagement services team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate with other directors and senior leadership to align engagement activities with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources for engagement initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at public events, meetings, and forums.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in engagement, public relations, program management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with budget management and financial oversight.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
