For more information, visit Mission: As an Engineering Intern at Metalsa, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside Controls and Reliability Engineers. This role provides exposure to real-world projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll assist in improving processes, supporting various engineering functions, and contributing to special initiatives that drive productivity and innovation. Position Title : Controls Engineering Intern Key Responsibilities: Support systems and process controls by managing documentation of projects and standard work instructions. Assist Controls engineers on projects & improvements Support the team with tasks like quoting, implementing, purchasing and launching processes, while providing shop floor assistance. Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth project execution. Take on additional responsibilities as needed, with duties evolving as the department's needs change. Academic requirement Currently Enrolled in a bachelor's degree in engineering/engineering technology, especially those studying Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, or similar fields. Open to students in their Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior year. What You’ll Gain: Real-world engineering experience in a leading automotive manufacturing environment.
