Position: Engineer Industrial 3.
Location: Lake Charles, LA
Duration: 12-months contract position with a possibility to go extended.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, issue, and control production schedules, integrating multiple program schedule requests into one executable schedule for production teams.
Resolve conflicts between competing programs for common resources.
Advise management on status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production issues.
Create, maintain, and update network-based Master Production Schedules for E-6B programs.
Understand critical path schedule networks, driven by logic, durations, and date constraints.
Work with IMP/IMS schedule structures and Work Breakdown Structures.
Export schedule data to Excel for weekly and monthly reporting cycles.
Conduct critical path analysis and resource loading for labor and materials.
Align program schedules with MRP/ERP and MES systems.
Independently manage tasks while contributing to the program team's success.
Analyze operations to improve efficiencies and design workflows for optimal production.
Conduct cost control, inventory control, and facility modification studies to improve productivity.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 4 years of experience.
High energy, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to follow through.
Proactive, self-directed, and a team player.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn from mistakes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results across various levels of the organization.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Project for managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
Ability to obtain/maintain a Top-Secret DoD clearance.
Experience working on new programs.
