Job Description
- Responsible for being a hands-on engineering leader with 12 direct reports in a non-union plastic injection molding environment
- Will lead lean/six sigma and 5s manufacturing initiatives
- Will monitor production processes to meet and exceed production requirements, be cost effective and improve safety
Key Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in engineering management
- Injection molding experience is required
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but will consider experience in lieu of degree
- Hands-on
- Automation experience is a big plus
