Responsible for developing, validating, configuring, characterizing, and qualifying new non-volatile 3D-NAND flash memory products. Enable volume manufacturing and coordinate test and analysis resources over the lifecycle of the product. In the pre-SI phase, will define characterization and qualification test coverage based on product capability, review coverage, and create and maintain documentation to prepare for SI. In the post-SI phase, will analyze parametric/test/characterization data, determine configuration of product to maximize performance/yield/reliability, and debug/solve yield, quality and reliability failures. Will work with various engineering and manufacturing groups to troubleshoot, develop and validate device-testing programs. Responsibilities also include identifying and validating lab equipment needs and identifying and/or modifying tests for customer returns to meet specific product requirements. Act as a product-specific point of contact working with application engineers, evaluating and providing feedback on data sheets. Product engineers are the key interface between research and development, manufacturing, marketing, and quality assurance departments.

Employer will accept a Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology Inc. estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $102,440-$ 157,000 per Year
