Job Title: Engineer Wiring Harness Design and Development

Location: Horsham, PA

Job Description:

• Must Have Solidworks Experience
• Must have reverse engineer experience
• Participate in initial conceptual development and carefully balance product specifications, process control requirements, component selection, control architecture, cost, limits.
• Design the system Power Distribution, control architecture and system field cabling/interconnect including Process and instrumentation.
• Design Power Distribution System using CAD system
• Design and development of harness deign.
• Responsible to manage and direct technicians to implement electrical works
• Define system interconnect/schematic and Key control/automation components.
• Coordinate with peers in other engineering groups to ensure that the design criteria are synchronized within all disciplines to meet the requirements.
• Work closely with project managers and electrical team members to ensure all expectations and specifications are translated into the final design.
• Organize and manage offsite engineers' deliverable to ensure meet regulatory, Standards and equipment specification.
• Execute, implement, and support Standards and Buy off process.
• Enforce application of standards, Manage suppliers during specification, design review, design approval.
• Handle the electrical system control and wiring harness development
• Problem solving on any electrical design problem, issue, and best practice solutions.
• Familiarity and hand on troubleshooting Power Distribution and wiring harness Design
• Design electrical control schematic including Cable ASM.
